Cancellation Policy
Please read the below stated points for any cancellations.
Please understand that the points mentioned in the policies are with reference to the time slots on the Serviceday app selected by the user while requesting the services.
Service requests are processed in time slots and we accept cancellation requests with reference to time slot selected by customer while requesting the services. Please consider conditions stated below.

In any of the cases above Bank refunds can be initiated only at the discretion of company considering the reasons of cancellation like unfortunate events, calamities or unavoidable circumstances. No claims to refund can be made by customer to overrule above stated clause.
Refund Policy
Refund in cases of Cancellations is mentioned in Cancellation policy, kindly refer the same.
Refund shall be made under following conditions:
A. Service/Order was cancelled by the provider
B. Service/Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)
C. If there is any complain regarding the quality of the service/product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced
1. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure; our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
2. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund
3. Any extra amount credited to Serviceday’s account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable
4. In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Serviceday shall have the deciding hand.
5. Serviceday may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
The acceptance of order is subject to availability of services/products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to customer. In such case amount paid by customer is fully refunded to bank account.
Refunds are processed to your payment method within 7 working days.
